Ketie Ruci's Wedding Cake

This is a wedding cake I made for a lady from church. One layer was carrot cake with cream cheese frosting, one was lemon cake with raspberry filling, and one was spice cake with cinnamon buttercream. The bottom layer was fake.

Groom's Cake

This was a simple groom's cake I made for a couple from church.

Dragon Birthday Cake

This was a fun cake to make. This was for a birthday party that Mom and Carrie hosted at their house, for a little boy from church. I had fun doing this one, and it was a big hit!

Surprise Birthday Cake

I loved this cake, because it was a surprise for one of my good friends. It's also frosted in some of my favorite colors, which happen to be her favorites, as well. This was a buttermilk devil's food cake with buttercream frosting.

More Than Meets The Eye....

This is the cake I made for Joshua's 5th b-day party! He wanted a Transformer's cake, obviously. I made the decorations for this cake out of royal frosting.
Joshie chose a lemon cake with white (buttercream) frosting.

Joker and Batman!

In October, I made this Joker cake for Justin't s16th b-day. This was a really fun cake to make, and I think he liked it. The face was made out of fondant and then placed on the cake, which was a buttermilk devil's food cake with chocolate frosting! Yum!

Then in November, Tiernan wanted a Batman cake, so this is the cake I made. He liked it, but I have to say it was not my best work - as you can tell by the frosting.
