This is the cake I made for Carrie's birthday. She's going to be a docent (tour guide) at the Molly Brown house, so of course I made a Victorian doll cake. : )

Gum Paste Roses
These are just close-up pics of some of the gum paste roses I made. I made all of them white and then just brushed them with purple pearl dust. It was fun!! : )
Relief Society Birthday Cake
I was asked to make a cake for the Relief Society birthday party at church. The week of the party, I made a bunch of roses out of gum paste, and then I baked and decorated it the day of the party. The cake was 1/2 chocolate and 1/2 white, all frosted/filled with vanilla buttercream.
